The Number Five School community has been saddened by the devastation the people of Haiti are enduring. In our effort to continue to focus on being socially aware of the needs of our neighbors locally and worldwide, the Number Five School family sponsored a Number Five School Walk for Wellness in Haiti. On January 19th students and staff began their efforts by walking a mile. Our goal is to walk the distance equivalent between our school and Port au Prince, Haiti (1,529 miles). Families and staff will pledge money for each mile walked. Donations will be made to UNICEF in order to make a contribution in relief aid. The Number Five School family is eager to make a difference in the world.
