**Attention All Student Athletes and Parents:

New Sports Registration & Clearance Procedures

• We are excited to announce that the Lawrence Athletics Department has launched BigTeams & PlanetHS, an online forms system that will reduce repetitive paperwork for families. BigTeams & PlanetHS allows you to complete and sign required athletic participation forms from your computer, tablet or mobile device.

• As per NYS requirements, all students wishing to participate in a District Sport at Lawrence (Grades 7 - 12) must have a Sports Physical on file with the Nurse and completed annually. (Click here to access NYSPHSAA Sports Physical Form)

• **Every Student Athlete and Parent/Guardian must register with BigTeams & PlanetHS online in order to be cleared to play a sport this fall

• E-mail notifications will be sent once information is entered into the system and also if your child has been cleared to play
