Nassau Community College
Good morning, seniors.
Reminder: Nassau Community College will be in the LIBRARY today, third people. If you plan to attend and haven't signed up yet, please use the google form below.

Nassau Community College will be visiting on Wednesday during 3rd and 4th periods.
There will be an information session followed by "on-the-spot" admissions where you can turn in your application (if you haven't already applied) and transcript. The application is FREE this week.

Student Translators needed/Community services
If you are interested in translating at various school/community events, please see Ms. Avallone in room 223 or send her an email at javallone@lawrence.org. There is a google classroom set up for announcements. Translators are needed for Parent Teacher Conferences on Monday, November 4th from 6- 8:15 pm. Please let Ms. Avallone know if you are interested. It counts for community service hours.
Junior Class
Glub Glub Glub...Does anyone smell something fishy? Oh wait, it's the Junior Class trip announcement to the New York Aquarium! Juniors, give cash plus permission slips to Mr. Ziff in room 322 or to any of your Junior Class officers. The cost is $22. Money and slips are due before this Friday. Spots are limited so first come, first serve! Thank you
Looking for a sweet treat after school? Come find the Junior class in the Lobby on Wednesday for our breast cancer awareness cupcake sale. Pink mini cupcakes (2 of $1) and sugar cookies ($1 each) will be sold to support breast cancer awareness month. Don't forget to wear Pink!

Pink Salute to Service Game
Attention all students! Join us this Saturday, November 2 at 11AM for our Pink Salute to Service Football Game!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Where Pink: Show your support for breast cancer awareness.
Free Merch: The first students to arrive will receive FREE merch from the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines-but hurry, supplies are limited!
Activities will include:
Recruitment Opportunities: Our local volunteer fire departments will be at the game recruiting.
Family Fun: Bring your younger brothers and sisters! Sign them up for exciting programs with our local Police Activity League. Programs include Basketball, Cheer and Indoor Soccer.
Free Tee Shirts!
During the game our service members will give out free tee shirts to the crowd.
Let's come together to show our awareness to breast cancer and honor servicemen and women while enjoying our last football game and a day of fun and community spirit.
Remember Game Time is 11AM.
