Girls Basketball

This announcement is for Ravo, the best trainer on 2 feet!!! Recently one of my students asked me why I thought we were going to be able to start the Re-Genesis of Lawrence Girls Basketball. I answered that question simply by stating that we are passionate, patient, energetic, confident coaches that teach the game and run a system with faith that our contagious energy will catch on with our players. Rome wasn't built in a day... this is a rebuilding year preparing to be more competitive this year,

but to start making big moves next year. Please understand we are looking for improvement most of all with a team that has zero seniors and an awful lot of freshman. a few sophmores, and a few juniors...this is a very young team and they are working extremely hard!!! If you were there on Saturday you saw it...if you weren't there you missed a great game and now you have to let me tell you about it. What a great team effort!!! Coach Mannhart is very proud of each and every player during that game!!! Big Buckets Ava had another big offensive game, Yaslin and Elyse "The Twin Towers" grabbed a crazy amount of rebounds, provided strong defense and added some scoring as well...Welcome back Andrea as her, Analeigh, Valerie, and Zion anchored our defensive efforts all over the court!!! While we didn't leave with the victory, it was a moral victory for everyone involved losing by a mere point. We are home this Tuesday and Friday 5PM for JV and 7PM for Varsity and you are invited to attend as long as you are ready to celebrate the hard work these teams are displaying...if not I would suggest Netflix, Amazon Prime, Playstation, or Xbox...Go Lady Tornadoes!!! Junior Class

Good morning Lawrence This Thursday, December 19th at 6:00 The Talent will be on fire as the Junior class presents our 2024 Talent show. Don't miss out on an evening of fun and music as we head into the Holiday break. There will be snacks to enjoy and a great time had by all
