Several of our 1st grade classes joined together to do a science experiment with Peeps! Every student received a Peep as a pet to bring home.
Our second grades had a sight word egg hunt this week. They are ready for Spring!

Ms. Merritt and Ms. Arleo’s first grade classes had so much fun this week at the Spring Egg Hunt!
Ms. Salzberg’s class celebrated Bunny Day!
Ms. Novello’s class read a book and colored a puzzle to represent all of our uniqueness for Autism Awareness Day!
They also read “The Matzah Man” for Passover and even tried some matzah. The students loved it!
The class also had an Easter egg hunt and race around the classroom! The students had to find the eggs, then sort out 3-D shapes before the next student could go.
This week, our third grade students completed the English Language Arts New York State assessment. We are so proud of all of their hard work!
Now, it's time to enjoy Spring break. We'll see you back at school on Tuesday, April 22nd. Enjoy the warm weather!
